As September faded away, we are thrilled to welcome Marion to the Team! As an Engineering Manager, she will be in charge of organizing our teamwork so that anyone could leverage their teammates' skills and feel fine in their position. The challenges are huge and numerous for that last quarter of the year, we are so lucky to have her on board!

The team grows with talented people, and as they get in the boat, the dynamic accelerates! We are still looking for people to join the team. If you want to be part of the journey, send us through your application!

Head of Finance and Operations Senior Product Designer
In the product team, we mainly focused on the Draft and Publish feature lately and we are thrilled to release it 2 days ago! I won't be long describing it because Anastasiia already did it here but let's say it is providing a robust and simple system for drafting and publishing content from the admin panel through a logical connexion with the default "editor" and "author" roles.
On top of that admin panel capability, we added a query parameter in the public API that will enable you to choose to filter on draft and/or published versions of your content when you get them.
As Aurélien mentioned in his last post, we shared with you an honest roadmap for the next months. But "honest" does not mean that it is a lazy one! Actually, on the contrary, the fourth quarter will be the starting point of many exciting moves and features that will come about from the very beginning of 2021.
We started to work on different features among which are the capability to display relational fields in list view, the international content management feature (i18n) and some others you'll hear of soon. As always, we are grounding our work on the multiple insights that our users gave us and we are more grateful than ever to have such a committed community.
To put it in a nutshell, we started again working on our main focus and priority: making our user happy with new features and improving Strapi as much as we can do.
Julien has been working in product & engineering teams for different organizations and startups for more than 10 years. As a Product Manager, he's committed to Strapi product success since January 2020.
