STEP is a registered non-profit Singapore organisation founded by Aileen Ong in February 2012. STEP's mission applies a holistic approach to tackle all factors that affect poverty. They include housing, education, healthcare, debt & financial management and providing vocational skills training & support for social enterprises so as to grow the income of Smile Village residents.
